The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has been welcoming visitors since 1915.
Over the years the Lodge has welcomed an impressive list of guests including Bing Crosby, Marilyn Monroe, Joe DiMaggio, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. The King and Queen stayed in the elegant six-bedroom Outlook Cabin.
Accommodations vary from cedar chalets and log cabins to specialty cabins with up to eight bedrooms. Rooms have homey comforts including down duvets, and all have either a porch, patio, or balcony; some have a fireplace.
The scent of wood smoke and the crackling fire welcomes you inside the Lodge’s Great Hall with its 40-foot double stone fireplace with incredible views of majestic mountains.
The dedicated and well-trained staff are instrumental in the success of the Lodge. Several staff members are second and third generation.
Dine in award-winning dining rooms, play a few rounds on one of the most scenic golf courses in the world, spend an afternoon quietly fishing on the tranquil lake, or bask in the warm glow of a cozy fireplace. These elegantly appointed rooms are located throughout the property, and the views are of woodlands and mountain areas including cabins. These Junior Suites feature a King bed and sitting area with a wood-burning stove and a pullout couch, or two Double beds with a fireplace and sofa in the sitting room. Approximate room size is 425 sq. ft.
This country-style room offers a view of the lovely Lac Beauvert, and feature a sitting area and either a King bed and a pullout sofa, or two Double beds. Room size is approximately 425 sq. ft.
A little bigger than the other Junior Suites, these are 450 sq. ft. and are located in historic Grant House. The bathroom, accessed by the bedroom, features a one-person Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom contains a King bed, side stand tables and an television within an armoire. There is a fireplace, a second armoire with television, a coffee table and a pullout sofabed in the parlor.
At 275 sq. ft. the Fairmont Room offers a choice of one King, one Queen, two Doubles or two Twin beds. These accommodations are cozy with a country charm decor.
The Deluxe room has a larger living space than the Fairmont room, and features two Double beds.
Adjacent to the Junior Suite Lakeview rooms, this room offers a partial lake view of Lac Beauvert. Bedding options are between a King bed and a pullout sofa, or two Double beds, with a featured sitting area.
