Banff Golf

The Canadian Rockies have some of the most outstanding golf courses anywhere. With over 275 courses, there are more quality courses than you can shake a club at. And most of them are open to the public.

Banff Springs Golf Club - 27 Holes, Banff

Mt. Kidd & Mt. Lorette - 27 Holes, Kananaskis

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., these two side-by-side 18 hole courses are named for Mount Lorette and Mount Kidd, the 3,048 m (10,000 ft) limestone peaks soaring behind them. Nestled in the montain foothills of the Kananaskis valley, the bent grass greens are laced with spring fed creeks and ponds. And this paradise is only one hour's drive from either Calgary or Banff, 35 minutes south-east of Canmore.

Brewster's Kananaskis Ranch Golf Resort - 9 Holes, Canmore

Brewster's Kananaskis Ranch Golf Resort is located near Banff, where the foothills meet the Canadian Rockies, 20 minutes from Canmore, Alberta. This regulation golf course is on the original Brewster Family homestead at the base of Mount Yamnuska.

Stewart Creek Golf Course - 18 Holes, Canmore

Stewart Creek Golf Course was developed under the masterful guiding hand of golf course architect Gary Browning, who has taken the most pristine environment and has woven 18 outstanding golf holes through it, as though it belonged there. Browning , a Canmore native, is recognizably the "golf course architect of choice" in the alpine resort environment in Western Canada and is enironmentally sensitive and believes a golf course should reflect its natural surroundings.

Canmore Golf & Curling Club - 18 Holes, Canmore

Way back in 1926, a few volunteers got together and turned a piece of heavily treed ground into the Canmore Golf Course. With a mix of challenging par 4's and 5's, scenic tee shots and well bunkered greens, this course is enjoyable for all handicap levels. There is a beautiful Clubhouse, full Pro Shop and driving range to round out the amenities.

Jasper Park Lodge - 18 Holes, Jasper
