Day 1 - Welcome to Calgary

• Pick up a rental car and head for the mountains. (Cadillac DTS or similar)
• One round at the Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course for 2 adults.
• Overnight at the Fairmont Banff Springs with complimentary valet parking.

Day 2

• Discover Banff & It's Wildlife - Guided Tour 3 hours
Build a connection to our World Heritage Site on our trademark sightseeing tour as you visit Banff's landmarks and historic places. Hear how the 11,000 year old human history of the Bow Valley changed when three railway workers rediscovered the Cave & Basin, now a National Historic Site. See and learn about wildlife behaviour, habitat, and their winter survival adaptations. Your time will be spent enjoying the sights, taking photos, and participating in short walks to view points, on the many stops of the tour.

and about early in the morning on the Bow Valley Parkway.

Day 3

• Drive to Lake Louise
• Mountain Lakes & Waterfalls – Guided Tour 4.5 hours
Departing Lake Louise this guided excursion explores the natural attractions of Yoho National Park. Cross the Great Divide to the Spiral Railway Tunnels, where three lines of railway are laid at different elevations to cross the Kicking Horse River on four bridges. Relax and wonder around the trails at Takakkaw Falls, the highest waterfall in Canada before your return trip to Lake Louise.

Day 4

• Wilson Icefield Discovery with Heli Tour and Lunch - 7.5 hours
Enjoy a scenic tour to the Cline River Heliport, where you will embark on your flightseeing tour. You will view 6 glaciers, high alpine lakes, a 900ft waterfall and the Wilson Icefield. From the Wilson Icefield, parts of the Columbia Icefield, Alexandria Glacier, Llyel Icefield and the Freshfield Icefield can be seen.

Day 5

• Drive to Jasper Park
• The Columbia Icefield Glacier Tour - 2 hours
The most unique attraction in the Canadian Rockies. Massive Brewster Ice Explorers, specially designed for glacial travel, take passengers on a remarkable excursion onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. Each 90 minute journey is lead by an experienced driver-guide, who shares a wealth of fascinating information about glaciers, icefields and their impact on our environment. Mid-point in the tour, passengers can safely step out onto the glacier and stand on this powerful ancient ice.
Facing the Columbia Icefield Visitors' Centre lies the Athabasca Glacier - a tongue of ice 6 kilometres long and one kilometre wide. Take time for Brewster's "Ice Age Adventure", a tour onto the icy slopes of the Athabasca Glacier. You will travel in a specially designed Ice Explorer to the middle of the glacier, on a 5 kilometre round trip journey. Your driver/guide will explain how glaciers are formed and point out interesting geological features as you travel in safety and comfort. At the mid-point, you will have the option of stepping out onto ice formed from snow falling as long as 400 years ago.
